Wayne Throop, Broker / Trainer
Wayne was a real estate sales representative in the Ottawa area between 2004—2011, during which time he achieved a high level of success, earning several sales awards. Beginning in 2011, he became a Broker/Manager specializing in coaching, training and mentoring new agents. His real estate sales experience has been a big asset in ensuring our new agents are successful in starting their real estate careers. In addition to working closely with brand new agents, Wayne is also one of our Buffini and Company Certified Mentors who delivers the Buffini Peak Producers classes. He has now trained close to 100 Royal LePage Agents on the Buffini Working by Referral System.
Glenda Brindle, Broker
Glenda has been a resident of Ottawa since 1987, at which time she joined the Ottawa Real Estate Board. In 2005, she earned her Broker’s license. Glenda has attained The Director’s Platinum Award from 2000-2007, The President’s Gold Award for 2008 and 2010, The Award of Excellence-Lifetime Member and The Royal LePage Long Service Award.
Having moved several times, she knows how much work is involved to prepare a family’s belongings and the family to move. Glenda has extensive knowledge in all areas of residential real estate and shares this knowledge in our Live Training Series: Listings, Buyers and Open Houses.
Karen Pynn, Broker / Manager
Karen is a technology trainer and member of the Ottawa Board’s MLS & Technology Committee and is Chair of CREA’s MLS & Technology Committee. MLS issues and real estate technology training have been a focus of Karen’s in recent years and she was honored with the Excellence in Education Award from the Ottawa Real Estate Board in 2012. Karen shares her knowledge of MLS software and current real estate industry issues with our Team.
Stephanie Briscoe, Trainer
In addition to assisting our new agents with their online presence, Stephanie is an important part of our training team covering such topics as Google, WordPress, Facebook ,Twitter, Royal LePage Marketing Centre… just to name a few!
